This wine was produced from our estate grown Chardonnay vines. The wine has lively aromatics of honey on toast. A fine line of acidity gives the wine freshness and length.

Serving Suggestions

A great match with fresh caught seafood, particularly scallops. Also matches well with mussels in a cream broth. Superb with a charcuterie platter. .
