2014 Harvest is underway.

The team at Blackdown Ridge have been harvesting the grapes for the 2014 vintage wines over the last few weeks. The grapes for the still wines will go straight into our new, purpose built winery. Our sparkling wine will be made on site from 2015.

We have had mixed conditions for the harvest but are very hopeful of an excellent vintage, after a warm, dry summer. We will be providing regular updates as the wines develop.

Blackdown Ridge release 2013 still wines

To coincide with the launch of our new website, the team at Blackdown Ridge are delighted and proud to announce the release of our 2013 still wines: English Bacchus, Red and Rosé. Made from grapes grown in our single estate vineyards high in the Sussex Downs, these wines are superb examples of wines from the south of England. We will be holding tastings at the Mill at Blackdown Ridge.
